ENERGY YOGA & MEDITATION

This
workshop, led by Kathleen
Rankhorn, certified and registered Yoga instructor,
promotes a healthy and harmonious flow to your energy system through eight exercises that
focus primarily on breathing techniques. Each
of the eight exercises has three phases: the first stage is called filling up (or inhaling
deeply), the second is holding (or meditating), and the third is grounding (or releasing).
The last of these three encourages an external release through vocalization.
These exercises can be done seated on the floor or in a chair. Bring a mat or meditation cushion if you have one otherwise one will be provided. No yoga experience is necessary.
